Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window You have 15–30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email within the return window.
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please allow a further 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs and hairpieces (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Final sale or clearance items
